Certified Quality

"Burger Holzzentrum" is one of the first members of the Quality Control Association for timber trade. In the context of external control, the companies of Quality Control Association have to make clear in which kind and range the test criteria of Quality Control Association (RAL) are being pervaded. The bearers of the mark of quality for timber trade (RAL) are complying with a regulary and freelance test. These facts make sure that the keep of high quality criteria in the companies with the mark of quality is ensured.

In the 15th of July, Mr. Dr. Graubner, an external and freelance controller have certified the company "Burger Holzzentrum" according to the standards of the Quality Control Association for timber trade (RAL). Therefore the wholesale company is one of the first companies in Germany which is allowed to bear this mark of quality. Business manager Christian Löffler said: "Our company, as a service provider, has worked for a lot of years now for improving our standard of quality constantly. This entrance has now been officially confirmed. During the certification, we also got useful advices for raising up!"

Among other things following ranges were assessed:

• Instruction an promotion of employees
• Editing of claims
• Behaviour on telephone
• Physical appearance
• Internal sequences

In the context of audit, the standards are recorded in written form and they are supervised by annually sequential tests.
